How we run a brand sprint in two weeks

A fast, focused way to get founders looking real without cutting the thinking.

Not every business needs a five-week identity programme. A founder about to walk into a funding round often needs to look credible now. So we run a two-week brand sprint — fast, but not shallow.

The speed doesn’t come from skipping the thinking. It comes from ruthless focus: one core direction, decided early, then executed properly instead of five directions half-explored.

Week one: decide

We start with a short, sharp session on the business — who it’s for, what it promises, who it’s up against. From that we shape the positioning and a single visual direction: the logo, the colour, the type, the feeling. You see it early, we argue about it honestly, and we commit. Committing is the part that makes two weeks possible.

Week two: build

With the direction locked, we make the things you’ll actually use: the logo suite, the colour and type system, the core templates — a deck, social basics, an email signature — and a tight set of guidelines so it holds together after we leave. Enough to look like a real company across every place a prospect will meet you.

It’s deliberately not everything. A sprint gets you looking sharp and moving; the full system can come later when there’s time and budget. But for a founder who needs to be taken seriously this quarter, two focused weeks beats two vague months every time.

Let’s build yours.

Brand, website or AI — if this is the kind of thinking you want on your side, say hello.
