These terms govern your use of the website at jacombsenterprises.com (the “site”), operated by Jacombs Enterprises Ltd (“Jacombs”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales under number 12571887, with its registered office at One Mayfair Place, London, W1J 8AJ. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Our brand, web and AI services are provided under separate written engagement agreements. Where a signed engagement agreement conflicts with these website terms, the engagement agreement takes precedence for that engagement.

2. Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems;
  • introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site’s operation or security; or
  • copy, scrape or reproduce site content except as permitted below.

3. Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, design, graphics, the Jacombs name and marks, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Jacombs and protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content commercially without our written permission. Ownership of deliverables created during a client engagement is dealt with in that engagement’s agreement.

Information on the site about our services is provided for general guidance and does not constitute an offer or a binding commitment. Prices shown are starting points and exclude VAT unless stated. The scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and responsibilities for any work are agreed in a separate written engagement. Nothing on this site should be relied upon as professional, legal, financial or technical advice; advice is given only under an engagement, tailored to your circumstances.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the site without notice, and we are not liable if the site is unavailable at any time.
